A Finnieston homeowner has reported her factoring company to police after they allegedly destroyed a communal garden she spent £1,500 creating.
Lawrie Anne Brown decided to revamp wasteland outside of her flat on Minerva Way earlier this year after being given the go-ahead by factoring company Park Property Management.
Lawrie, who’s owned her property for 13 years, then spent £1,500 of her own money creating a garden with trees, lighting, artificial grass, and a BBQ area for all of the residents to use.
She even contacted Network Rail to check if it would be possible to decorate a rusty back fence with fake ivy and fairy lights and was given permission to do so.
However, Park PM was forced to remove all of the fixtures after receiving a complaint from one of the residents – leaving the garden as a wasteland once again.
