Downtown Vancouver’s newly announced grocery store is set to feature a sleek architectural style, an attached parklike area, and its own parking lot with about 71 spots, according to conceptual renderings submitted to the City of Vancouver.
Set to open in 2023, the 26,000-square-foot New Seasons Market will rise on a long-empty lot at 1506 Main St., north of Mill Plain Boulevard.
Although the project is in the early stages of permitting, and details are subject to change, another feature of the New Seasons Market is a covered outdoor seating and dining area on the west side of the property, along Washington Street.
