ITHACA, N.Y. — As Planning Board meetings go, last night’s was short but productive. One majot project, the Northside townhomes redevelopment got the coveted vote of site plan approval, as did a pair of minor projects. The remaining two have a ways to go, but they’re playing their cards right and with a little more work, may be able to score project approval themselves as we head towards spring.
